Accounting Operations Key Responsibilities & Duties • Perform cash reconciliations and settle trades to ensure accurate financial operations. • Prepare monthly net asset valuations (NAVs) and compliance reports. • Assist in the preparation of tax workpapers and regulatory filings, including 13D filings. • Collaborate with the investment team to support fund operations and strategic initiatives. • Maintain accurate financial records and ensure adherence to compliance standards. • Contribute to the fund's operational efficiency and growth objectives. • Participate in technical assessments and provide insights during virtual interviews. • Support the team in achieving financial and operational excellence. • Engage in entrepreneurial tasks, adapting to the dynamic needs of the organization.
