Physician Key Responsibilities & Duties • Provide dedicated hospitalist coverage for the team during assigned shifts. • Manage labor and delivery, performing routine and high-risk deliveries. • Offer immediate postpartum care when the primary prenatal provider is unavailable. • Collaborate with Certified Nurse Midwives as the designated on-call OB physician backup. • Execute pre-established care plans for clinic patients upon hospital admission. • Participate in collaborative ground rounds and contribute to the practice's positive reputation. • Ensure high-quality care delivery while leveraging administrative support to focus on patient needs. • Engage in leadership opportunities and contribute to the practice's growth and development. Physician Job Requirements • Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree with OB/GYN specialization. • Arizona Medical License and DEA License, or eligibility to obtain them. • Board Certified or Board Eligible in OB/GYN. • Minimum of 1 year of experience in OB/GYN practice. • Ability to manage labor and delivery, including high-risk cases. • Experience collaborating with Certified Nurse Midwives and other healthcare professionals. • Strong commitment to providing exceptional patient care and maintaining continuity of care. • Willingness to relocate and adapt to a remote work arrangement.
