Treasury Manager Overview • The Treasury Manager oversees comprehensive banking operations across a diverse portfolio of assets, ensuring compliance and operational excellence. • Lead and mentor a team of analysts, fostering professional growth and maintaining high performance standards. • Ensure efficient administration of over 500 bank accounts, including setups, modifications, and closures. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align banking operations with organizational objectives. • Utilize advanced software tools for treasury management and accounting alignment. • Drive process improvements, automation, and operational efficiency within banking systems. • Support strategic initiatives, including acquisitions and portfolio transitions, requiring new banking relationships. • Prepare detailed operational reports and recommendations for management. Treasury Manager Key Responsibilities & Duties • Lead a team of Banking Analysts, setting performance expectations and ensuring timely completion of tasks. • Oversee the administration and governance of a large volume of bank accounts. • Coordinate with financial institutions and external agents for account setups and maintenance. • Ensure data integrity across treasury management systems and accounting platforms. • Review and approve reconciliations and journal entries for accuracy and compliance. • Monitor discrepancies and drive resolution through effective collaboration. • Identify opportunities for banking portfolio optimization and cash management improvements. • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for enhanced efficiency and controls. Treasury Manager Job Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field required. • 5-8 years of experience in banking operations, treasury, or accounting, preferably in real estate. • Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience managing professional staff. • Proficiency in MRI accounting software and Kyriba Treasury Management System preferred. • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office applications. • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities with internal teams and external partners. • Experience with complex banking operations and large-scale account administration.
