Nursing Manager Operating Room Job Requirements • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required; Master of Nursing (MSN) preferred. • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Indiana or Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC). • Minimum of 3 years of experience in nursing leadership; 5 years preferred. • Specialty certification in nursing practice or leadership is highly desirable. • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association required. • Proven experience in operating room management and perioperative services. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to lead and collaborate effectively. • Availability for on-site work, including evenings, weekends, and on-call responsibilities. • Demonstrated ability to drive strategic initiatives and achieve organizational goals.
