FP&A Manager Overview • The FP&A Manager will lead financial planning and analysis efforts, supporting budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial modeling for the client. • Collaborate cross-functionally to align financial goals with corporate objectives, ensuring robust financial processes and data integrity. • Develop and maintain dynamic financial models, including inventory and three-statement financial models, to evaluate cost impacts and supplier decisions. • Partner with accounting and other departments to perform ad-hoc projects and support leadership presentations and board materials. • Drive continuous improvement in FP&A processes through the adoption of best practices and system optimization. • Prepare monthly variance analyses comparing actuals versus budget, forecast, prior year, and key business drivers. • Ensure compliance with FDA regulations and company policies governing financial activities and reporting. • Benefit from a comprehensive benefits package, including 401K matching, paid time off, and tuition assistance. FP&A Manager Job Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is required. • Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience; manufacturing or industry experience is a plus. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced Excel skills; SAP experience is advantageous. • CPA certification is preferred but not mandatory. • Strong analytical abilities and financial detail orientation are essential for success. • Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively across departments and with leadership. • Adherence to FDA regulations and company policies governing financial activities is mandatory. • Ability to drive continuous improvement in financial processes and systems.
