Fund Accounting Supervisor Key Responsibilities & Duties • Manage accounting and operations for multiple client engagements independently. • Supervise a team of accountants and coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations. • Review and approve journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statements for accuracy and compliance. • Oversee client deliverables, including capital calls, distributions, and investor notices. • Maintain effective communication with clients, auditors, tax teams, and other stakeholders. • Conduct performance reviews and provide mentorship to team members for career development. • Ensure adherence to organizational policies and procedures across all team activities. • Participate in special projects and offer recommendations for operational improvements.
