Fund Controller Key Responsibilities & Duties • Manage day-to-day client relationships, addressing queries and providing guidance on private equity accounting and reporting. • Facilitate discussions between clients and internal teams, ensuring proper documentation and communication. • Analyze investment capital structures to determine accounting and data requirements. • Review and oversee capital calls, distributions, and valuation activities for client investments. • Ensure accuracy and completeness of client reports and financial statements, meeting all reporting deadlines. • Conduct technical research and apply US GAAP principles to accounting issues for investment companies. • Supervise and direct team efforts to deliver quality services efficiently and on time. • Automate and document processes to enhance operational efficiency. • Collaborate with technology and support personnel to optimize system capabilities and practices.
