Key Responsibilities & Duties • Design and execute strategies to transform fund accounting operations. • Lead the NAV process, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery. • Supervise year-end audits and regulatory reporting activities. • Collaborate with tax preparers to ensure compliance with tax regulations. • Drive process improvements and implement advanced technologies. • Manage special projects, including new fund launches and system upgrades. • Represent fund accounting in cross-functional and strategic initiatives. • Foster a culture of innovation and excellence within the team. Job Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required. • Minimum 15 years of experience in fund accounting or similar roles. • Proven leadership skills with a focus on driving organizational change. • Comprehensive knowledge of US GAAP and regulatory compliance. • Experience with Geneva or similar accounting systems preferred. • Strong analytical skills and ability to manage complex projects. • Background in automation and workflow optimization highly desirable. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for team leadership.
