Head of Healthcare Key Responsibilities & Duties • Develop and implement health management strategies, policies, and practices in collaboration with various departments. • Lead health and wellness programs, ensuring compliance with regulations and corporate standards. • Oversee occupational health, medical response, and employee wellness initiatives. • Manage health providers and agreements, ensuring service quality and efficiency. • Provide technical advice on medical insurance and drive health and well-being initiatives. • Assess health programs across administrative, R&D, and production sites in the region. • Represent health management in leadership meetings and governance activities. • Ensure transparent reporting and continuous improvement in health programs. • Promote innovation and strategic thinking in health management practices. Head of Healthcare Job Requirements • Master’s degree in Public Health, Healthcare Administration, or related field required. • Occupational Health Certification and over 10 years of relevant healthcare experience essential. • Corporate experience with strong stakeholder management and communication skills required. • Self-starter with strategic thinking and hands-on operational management abilities. • Digitally literate with proficiency in technology for communication and reporting. • Ability to travel up to 20% as needed. • Experience in driving health initiatives and promoting employee wellness programs. • Knowledge of organizational dynamics and healthcare regulations. • Strong leadership and governance skills in health management practices.
