Investor Services Manager Job Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field. • 4–8 years of experience in investor relations, fund operations, or investor servicing within private credit or alternative investments. • Proficiency in CRM systems such as Salesforce, Dynamo, or Backstop. • Strong understanding of fund structures and reporting cycles. • Advanced Excel skills and comfort working with data across platforms. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for investor-facing materials. • Experience coordinating with fund administrators, auditors, and legal counsel. • Ability to manage multiple projects in a hybrid work environment.
