Key Responsibilities: • Handle end-to-end recruitment for technical, production, warehouse, quality, and factory-based roles. • Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning and hiring requirements. • Source candidates through job portals, consultants, references, and campus hiring. • Schedule interviews and coordinate the selection process. • Ensure smooth onboarding and induction for new employees. • Maintain recruitment dashboards, hiring trackers, and candidate databases. • Build and maintain a pipeline of candidates for future hiring requirements. • Coordinate with placement cells and training institutes for campus hiring initiatives. • Support employee onboarding documentation and joining formalities. • Maintain employee records, personal files, and HR databases. • Support employee engagement activities, events, and celebrations. • Assist in implementing HR policies and employee communication initiatives. • Support HR audits and compliance-related documentation. • Prepare monthly HR reports, recruitment MIS, and attrition reports.
