What You Will Do? Brand & Visual Design • Create visual content that is consistent with brand identity. • Understand and apply typography, colour, layout, imagery and visual hierarchy effectively. • Develop creative concepts, not just execute pre-defined designs. • Maintain consistency across communication. • Help evolve and maintain brand guidelines and visual assets. Digital & Social Media • Design creatives for LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube and other digital channels. • Create social media carousels, infographics, campaign creatives, product communication and promotional content. • Adapt designs across different formats and platforms while maintaining visual consistency. • Understand how visual communication works differently across social, web and other digital channels. Video & Motion • Edit corporate videos, product videos, event videos and social media content. • Create short-form videos/reels and YouTube content. • Work with footage, interviews, product visuals, graphics, music, transitions and subtitles. • Create simple motion graphics and animations where required. • Convert static brand assets into engaging video content.
