Responsibilities: 1. Handle calls, voice chat, and email "Anydesk support" to franchisees 2. Provide software related training to franchisees/internal stakeholders. 3. Maintain tracker of all the support on daily basis 4. Ensure regular feedback from franchisees on support/application 5. Escalate bugs and technical issues to the software vendor and get it fixed ASAP 6. Prepare application SOP manual. Qualification & Skills required: 1. Minimum BCA/BSc in Computer Science/Engineering 2. Minimum 2 to 3 years of helpdesk/support desk experience including remote support. 3. Handled customer service calls /desk, training skills 4. Good communication skills is a MUST (Proficiency in English & Hindi) . 5. Occasional Travel (PAN India). share resume @ [email protected]
