WFO Core Responsibilities • Develop and maintain Scilab scripts for engineering, simulations, and data processing • Collaborate with engineering teams to define automation solutions • Provide estimates and track tasks (JIRA) • Perform testing, validation, and debugging • Build and maintain Azure CI/CD pipelines, automated build/test/deploy workflows. • Mentor junior engineers and guide them in Scilab development, debugging, and problem-solving approaches • Conduct hands-on sessions / code reviews to upskill team members Deliverables • Develop Scilab-based automation tools/applications for engineering use cases • Enhance and sustain existing automation tools and scripts • Provide documentation, validation, and user support • Conduct training sessions, create knowledge material, and enable junior engineers to independently use and develop Scilab-based solutions Education Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related degree
