Key Responsibilities: 1. Payments Management • Manage team handling payment activities • Monitor and review all payments processed • Ensure accuracy of TDS deductions and payments 2. Banking & Compliance • Handle communication with Bank RM for transactions • Ensure completion of banking compliances • Filing and documentation for: • Foreign remittances • Import payments • Export transactions 3. Statutory & Audit • Liaison with statutory auditors • Provide required data and support during audits • Prepare financial statements (standalone & consolidated) • Ensure compliance with statutory regulations Candidate Requirements: • Experience in payments + banking + audit • Strong knowledge of TDS, statutory compliance • Exposure to import/export transactions preferred • Good coordination and communication skills
