Key Responsibilities • Tax Compliance: Prepare and file Income Tax returns, tax audit reports, and other statutory filings. • Litigation & Audit: Assist in handling Income Tax assessments, audits, and litigation matters. • Advisory: Support tax advisory assignments, structuring, and FEMA-related matters. • Research: Analyze provisions of the Income Tax Act and related regulations. • Representation: Prepare submissions, appeals, and representations before tax authorities. • Coordination: Work with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of assignments. Required Skills & Qualifications • Education: CA Semi-Qualified. • Experience: 3+ years of relevant experience in Direct Tax. • Knowledge: Strong understanding of the Income Tax Act, compliance procedures, and litigation processes. • Communication: Excellent drafting, research, and communication skills. • Bonus: A good understanding of FEMA regulations is considered an added advantage.
