Job Responsibilities: • Franchise acquisition and supporting the franchisee in Marketing and developing the business in the assigned area. LCLs required to be supported / managed - 12 plus • Ensure presentation, planning and executing the events for new business and revenue generation. • Explore the new area, visiting schools, getting the permissions from the schools for the events. • Conduct promotional activities. • Travelling in and around PCMC and Pune district. Qualification & Skills required: • Any degree from a recognized University • Minimum 4+ years of experience in franchisee acquisition & Coordination • Language proficiency in English & Marathi (Hindi preferred) • Good presentation skills • Willingness to travel (experience in field sales) • Team handling experience of >5 direct team members
