Job Location: Vidarbha Key Responsibilities: • Manage Franchisee Training & Support. • Manage the franchisees (15–20 centres) under your jurisdiction • Responsible for franchise Expansion and ensure good relationship. • Ensure student retention and manage activities across the allocated schools. Required Qualification & Skills: • Any degree from a recognized university, MBA degree will be an added advantage. • 3+years experience in Ed-Tech, Baking, Telecom and/or Insurance sector preferred. • Excellent skills in MS Office, particularly excel to generate reports. • Strong presentation, communication, people management, team coordination, team handling, team building, Channel management, analytical & problem-solving skills. • Language proficiency in English, Marathi & Hindi • Travel across Vidarbha region
