You’ll be responsible for: • Developing and executing international sales strategies in key geographies. • Identifying, onboarding, and managing distributors and strategic partners. • Leading B2B sales with hospitals, military, emergency services & government agencies. • Building long-term relationships with clients, KOLs, and healthcare professionals. • Ensuring regulatory compliance and smooth market entry across regions. • Conducting market research to uncover trends, competitive insights, and growth opportunities. • Representing the company at global trade shows, conferences, and exhibitions. • Managing proposals, presentations, and contract negotiations. • Collaborating cross-functionally with marketing, product, and regulatory teams. • Meeting and exceeding sales targets with effective pipeline management. What You Bring: • 3–4 years of international sales experience, preferably in medical devices, trauma care, or emergency safety kits. • A strong network within hospitals, military, emergency services, and distributor ecosystems. • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. • Proven success in market development and strategic partnerships. • Experience with tenders and government procurement is a plus. • Willingness to travel internationally as required. • A degree in Business, Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, or related fields.
