The ideal candidate should possess strong accounting skills and have knowledge of the education sector's financial processes. Key Responsibilities: • Manage and maintain accurate financial records and reports. • Handle IT returns, Provident Fund (PF), and Professional Tax (PT) filings. • Ensure timely and accurate filing of statutory documents and returns. • Prepare financial statements, budgets, and expenditure reports. • Reconcile bank statements, ledgers, and other financial documents. • Assist in audits and ensure compliance with government regulations. • Manage accounts payable/receivable processes efficiently. • Maintain knowledge of financial regulations specific to the education sector. • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate financial tracking. Key Skills and Qualifications: • Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting, taxation, and financial reporting. • Proficiency in IT return filing, PF, and PSI procedures. • Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices. • Experience working with financial processes in the education sector is preferred. • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.). • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
