• Proven track record in sales, especially in water treatment solutions. • Hands-on experience with selling membrane-based solutions, including STP, WTP, RO, and ETP plants. • Experience in the wastewater or industrial water treatment industry is highly preferred. • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce). • Strong market knowledge, communication, and negotiation skills. • Ability to build rapport and maintain strong client relationships. • Exceptional time management and strategic planning capabilities. • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field (B.Sc./B.Tech. preferred).
