Key Responsibilities: • Identify and cultivate potential buyers via networking, referrals, and digital marketing. • Negotiate and close sales agreements with favourable terms. • Generate walk-ins through channel partners and ensure consistent follow-ups. • Attend to new clients and ensure maximum revisits. • Organize promotional events and achieve monthly sales targets. Preferred Candidate Profile: • Graduate/Postgraduate with 3-5 years of real estate experience. • Strong understanding of sourcing and closing business deals. • Self-motivated with a go-getter attitude. • Excellent presentation and communication skills. • Results-oriented with a solution-focused approach.
