(Accounts & Finance Executive) Accounting Operations: o Manage day-to-day accounting transactions and ensure accurate data entry in accounting software. o International taxation and accounting o Assist in the preparation of financial statements, balance sheets, and profit and loss accounts. o Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flows. o Support in year-end financial audits and coordinate with auditors as required. o Take care of accounts receivables , payables petty cash etc GST Management: o Prepare and file monthly, quarterly, and annual GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9, etc.). o Reconcile GST input tax credit (ITC) with GSTR-2A/2B. o Ensure timely and accurate GST payments. o Stay updated with changes in GST laws and implement necessary updates in the accounting system. TDS Compliance: o Deduct and deposit TDS on various payments as per statutory requirements. o Prepare and file quarterly TDS returns (Form 24Q, 26Q, etc.). o Issue TDS certificates (Form 16, Form 16A) to vendors and employees. o Handle TDS assessments, notices, and other queries from tax authorities.
