Job Title Registered Nurse – Telemetry Location Olathe, KS | Acute Care Schedule / Job Type Contract | 14 Weeks | Full-Time | Onsite | 12-Hour Nights (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM) | 3 Shifts per Week | Every Other Weekend Required Key Responsibilities • Provide direct patient care on a Telemetry unit in an acute care hospital setting • Float to all acute care units as needed based on staffing requirements • Utilize EPIC EMR for documentation and patient management • Adhere to unit scheduling requirements, including holiday coverage — travelers are required to work one holiday from each group: Thanksgiving Day or Black Friday | Christmas Eve or Christmas Day | New Year's Eve or New Year's Day • Participate in a structured multi-day orientation program, including on-site and virtual training components Required Qualifications • Minimum of 18 months of experience in a hospital setting with Orthopedic & Spine experience • Active Kansas RN License or Compact RN License • BLS Certification required • New graduates are not eligible for this position • Must comply with a nicotine-free facility policy Preferred Experience / Skills • Prior experience working in a Telemetry unit • Familiarity with EPIC EMR system • Experience floating across multiple acute care units Why Join Us • Opportunity to work within a well-established acute care environment with a structured onboarding and orientation program • Biweekly payroll with a consistent 14-week contract schedule
