Job Title Wound Care RN Location Santa Clara, NM Schedule / Job Type Contract | Days | Monday–Friday | Onsite Key Responsibilities • Provide specialized wound care assessment, treatment, and management for assigned patients • Develop and implement individualized wound care plans in accordance with clinical best practices • Monitor wound healing progress and document findings accurately in the patient record • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to coordinate patient treatment and outcomes • Educate patients and caregivers on wound care procedures and prevention strategies Required Qualifications • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license • Wound Care Certification is required • Must be available to arrive at least 48 hours prior to start date to complete New Mexico state fingerprinting requirements • Must live at least 200 miles from the facility to be eligible Preferred Experience / Skills • Prior experience in a dedicated wound care clinical role • Familiarity with New Mexico state healthcare regulations and compliance standards Why Join Us • Opportunity to apply specialized wound care expertise in a focused, Monday–Friday daytime schedule • Work within a collaborative clinical environment dedicated to positive patient outcomes
