Job Title Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) Location Medford, OR | School Schedule / Job Type Contract | Days | Monday–Friday | School Year (ASAP through June 2027) Key Responsibilities • Provide speech-language pathology services to children birth to age 5 in the Ashland/Medford area • Evaluate, diagnose, and treat communication and language delays or disorders in early childhood populations • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans appropriate for early intervention settings • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and educational team members to support developmental goals • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with program requirements Required Qualifications • Active Oregon Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) license required • Experience working with pediatric or early intervention populations • Candidate will be compensated for hours worked only; pay is not provided for school holidays or closures Preferred Experience / Skills • Prior experience in a school-based or early intervention setting • Familiarity with birth-to-5 evaluation and treatment frameworks • Experience serving diverse caseloads across multiple service locations Why Join Us • Opportunity to make a meaningful impact during the critical early developmental years of young children • Consistent Monday–Friday daytime schedule aligned with the school year calendar
