Job Title Registered Nurse – Progressive Care Unit (PCU) Location Liberty, MO Schedule / Job Type Contract | Full-Time | Onsite | Night Shift (12-hour shifts, 6:45 PM – 7:15 AM) | Every other weekend required | Major holidays required Key Responsibilities • Provide direct patient care in a Progressive Care Unit setting with a high-acuity patient population • Monitor and manage patients requiring intermediate-level care, including those on continuous drip infusions • Operate and manage equipment such as arterial lines and respiratory support devices (BiPAP/Airvo) • Float to lesser acuity units as needed based on staffing requirements • Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes Required Qualifications • Minimum 1 year of PCU/Step-Down RN experience • Active Missouri RN license or valid Compact RN license • Current BLS certification • Current ACLS certification • Current NIHSS certification • Must be a non-nicotine user in compliance with facility policy Preferred Experience / Skills • Experience managing high-acuity drip infusions • Arterial line experience • BiPAP and/or Airvo respiratory support experience Why Join Us • Bi-weekly pay schedule providing consistent and timely compensation • Structured orientation program to support a smooth transition into the unit
