Job Title Physical Therapist – Outpatient Pediatrics Location Apple Valley, CA Schedule / Job Type Contract (up to 26 weeks) | Full-Time | Onsite | Day Shift | Monday–Friday, 5x8-hour shifts between 7:30 AM and 6:00 PM Key Responsibilities • Provide outpatient physical therapy services to a pediatric patient population, working independently • Evaluate, assess, and develop individualized treatment plans for pediatric patients • Implement therapeutic interventions and monitor patient progress toward established goals • Document patient care accurately and in a timely manner using Epic electronic health records • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure continuity and quality of patient care Required Qualifications • Active, unrestricted California Physical Therapist license (no pending licenses accepted) • Current BLS certification • Minimum of 1 year of physical therapy experience • Pediatrics experience required – candidates without pediatric experience will not be considered • Proficiency or ability to chart in Epic Preferred Experience / Skills • Experience working in an acute care hospital setting • Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a clinical environment Why Join Us • Work at a 212-bed acute care hospital with free on-site parking • Contract opportunity with the potential for an extended assignment of up to 26 weeks
