Job Title Physical Therapist Location Bowie, MD | Outpatient Schedule / Job Type Contract | Full-Time | Onsite | Day Shift | 5×8-hour shifts | Expected 40 hours/week Key Responsibilities • Provide direct physical therapy services to patients in an outpatient setting • Evaluate, assess, and develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs • Implement therapeutic interventions and monitor patient progress toward goals • Complete required clinical documentation accurately and in a timely manner • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support patient outcomes Required Qualifications • Active Physical Therapist license required; must obtain permanent Maryland state licensure promptly if currently holding a compact license • Prior experience in an outpatient physical therapy setting • Ability to meet credentialing and contract quality assurance requirements prior to assignment start • Candidates who have worked at this facility in a permanent or PRN capacity within the past year are not eligible for this assignment Preferred Experience / Skills • Previous travel therapy experience in an outpatient setting • Strong documentation skills and familiarity with outpatient EMR systems Why Join Us • Equipment and parking details provided upon assignment start • Opportunity to work in a structured outpatient environment with a consistent daytime schedule
