Job Title • Therapist - Physical Therapy Assistant Location • Cranbury, NJ Schedule / Job Type • Full-time, Days shift, 5 days per week Key Responsibilities • Assist licensed physical therapists in implementing treatment plans for patients. • Provide rehabilitative treatments and therapeutic interventions. • Monitor and document patient progress. • Educate patients and their families on therapeutic exercises and care plans. • Ensure compliance with safety and healthcare standards. Required Qualifications • Valid Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) license or certification. • Prior experience working in a healthcare or therapy setting preferred. • Strong communication and patient care skills. • Ability to work collaboratively with healthcare teams. Preferred Experience / Skills • Experience with pediatric or geriatric populations. • Bilingual abilities are a plus.
