Job Title Registered Nurse - CVOR Location Newark, DE Schedule / Job Type Full-time, Days Key Responsibilities • Provide comprehensive perioperative nursing care within the CVOR, including open heart procedures. • Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes and safety. • Maintain accurate patient documentation and adhere to hospital protocols. • Be flexible to work various shifts, including mid-shifts and open heart call, as needed. • Participate in unit initiatives and ongoing professional development through clinical ladders. Required Qualifications • Current RN licensure in the state of Delaware or relevant state. • Minimum of 3 years of Operating Room experience. • Cardiac open-heart surgery experience is required. • BSN preferred; commitment to obtaining BSN within three years with relevant experience considered. Preferred Experience / Skills • Prior CVOR or specialized cardiac surgical nursing experience. • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
