Required Qualifications • Valid Occupational Therapy Assistant license or certification in the state of Maryland. • Prior experience working in a clinical or healthcare setting preferred. • Excellent communication and patient care skills. • Ability to work effectively as part of a team. • Knowledge of therapy techniques and safety protocols. Preferred Experience / Skills • Previous experience with adult or pediatric populations. • Familiarity with documentation and electronic health records.
