Required Qualifications • Valid certification as an Occupational Therapy Assistant. • Ability to work 8-hour shifts. • Willingness to float to additional sites as required. • Strong communication and teamwork skills. • Prior experience in a healthcare or therapy setting preferred. Preferred Experience / Skills • Experience working in multiple clinical settings. • Knowledge of current occupational therapy practices. • Ability to adapt to changing patient needs and environments.
