Job Title Registered Nurse – Rehabilitation Location Boise, ID | Acute Rehab Schedule / Job Type Contract | Full-Time | Nights (6:00 PM – 6:30 AM) | 3 x 12-hour shifts | Expected 36 hours/week Key Responsibilities • Provide direct patient care to rehabilitation patients during night shift hours in an acute rehab setting • Monitor and assess patient condition, documenting changes and communicating with the interdisciplinary care team • Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and facility protocols • Support patients through rehabilitation goals, promoting functional independence and recovery • Collaborate with therapists, physicians, and support staff to coordinate comprehensive patient care plans Required Qualifications • Active RN license in the state of Idaho or a compact license that permits practice in Idaho • Current BLS certification required • Prior experience in a rehabilitation or related nursing setting • Ability to work 12-hour night shifts (6:00 PM – 6:30 AM) Preferred Experience / Skills • Experience working in an acute rehabilitation hospital environment • Familiarity with rehabilitation nursing standards and interdisciplinary team collaboration • Strong assessment and critical thinking skills in a fast-paced care environment Why Join Us • Opportunity to work in a dedicated acute rehabilitation setting focused on meaningful patient recovery outcomes • Consistent night shift schedule with expected 36 hours per week providing scheduling predictability
