Job Title Physical Therapist Location Elkridge, MD | Outpatient Schedule / Job Type Contract | Full-Time | Days | 5×8-hour shifts | Expected 40 hours/week | Onsite Key Responsibilities • Evaluate and treat patients in an outpatient physical therapy setting • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and clinical findings • Complete required clinical documentation accurately and in a timely manner • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support patient progress and outcomes • Maintain compliance with facility credentialing and documentation requirements prior to and throughout the assignment Required Qualifications • Active Physical Therapist license (permanent Maryland state license required; compact license may be accepted at start but permanent licensure must be obtained promptly) • Experience in an outpatient physical therapy setting • Ability to meet contract credentialing and quality assurance requirements • Must not have worked at this facility as permanent or PRN staff within the past year Preferred Experience / Skills • Prior travel therapy experience in an outpatient setting • Strong documentation skills and familiarity with outpatient EMR systems • Ability to adapt quickly to facility-specific workflows and onboarding processes Why Join Us • Parking and dress code details provided upon start, with a smooth onboarding experience supported by your staffing team • Weekly billing cycle with overtime potential available on this contract engagement
