Registered Nurse – Critical Care (ICU) Location: Santa Fe, NM Schedule / Job Type: Full-time, 13-week travel assignment, Night shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) Key Responsibilities: • Obtain and record initial patient assessments, establishing care priorities based on age, symptoms, and psychosocial needs. • Re-assess patients systematically to monitor progress and identify trends requiring intervention. • Develop and implement individualized, measurable care plans within established nursing standards. • Make comprehensive nursing decisions, modifying care based on outcome evaluations. • Educate patients and families, and participate in discharge planning. • Perform point-of-care testing procedures as required. Required Qualifications: • Current New Mexico RN license or current Compact state license. • BLS Certification via AHA. • ACLS Certification via AHA. • TNCC Certification. • Graduate of an accredited nursing program. Preferred Experience / Skills: • At least 1 year of ICU or critical care nursing experience. • Knowledge of Epic EMR system. • Strong communication and team collaboration skills.
