Job Title Physical Therapist - Outpatient Location Santa Cruz, California Schedule / Job Type Contract | Full-Time | Onsite | Days | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Key Responsibilities • Provide outpatient physical therapy services to an average of 14 patients per day • Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings • Implement and progress therapeutic interventions in alignment with patient goals • Document patient progress, treatment plans, and outcomes in accordance with facility and regulatory standards • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate patient care Required Qualifications • Active Physical Therapist license in the state of California • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program • Current CPR/BLS certification • Ability to manage a caseload in an outpatient clinical setting Preferred Experience / Skills • Prior experience in an outpatient physical therapy setting • Strong documentation and time management skills Why Join Us • Consistent, predictable Monday–Friday daytime schedule with no evening or weekend shifts • Opportunity to work in a structured outpatient environment with a steady patient caseload
