Job Title Registered Nurse – Telemetry Location Glenview, IL | Acute Care Schedule / Job Type Contract | 13 Weeks | Night Shift (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM) | Every Other Weekend | Holidays As Needed Key Responsibilities • Provide direct patient care on a cardiovascular med/surg unit in a telemetry capacity • Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms and telemetry data for assigned patients • Maintain full patient ratios when floating to other units within the facility in an RN capacity • Participate in orientation schedule as required prior to independent assignment • Adhere to weekend and holiday staffing requirements as outlined by the facility Required Qualifications • Active Illinois RN license • BLS certification required • Must pass EKG test at 80% or higher prior to submission • Minimum 2 years of RN experience; at least 1 prior travel contract required • New graduates are not eligible for this position • Strong cardiovascular nursing background required Preferred Experience / Skills • Prior experience in a dedicated cardiovascular or telemetry unit • Comfort with floating to varied units and adapting quickly to new patient populations • Experience managing a full patient ratio in a fast-paced acute care environment Why Join Us • Opportunity to work at a specialized cardiovascular facility with a focused, experienced clinical team • Bi-weekly payroll with a structured 13-week contract offering stability and professional growth
