Required Qualifications • Valid state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP). • Demonstrated experience in a skilled nursing facility or similar healthcare setting. • Excellent communication and patient interaction skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team. Preferred Experience / Skills • Prior experience working with elderly or geriatric populations. • Familiarity with documentation and compliance standards in SNFs.
