Job Title • Physical Therapist Location • Salisbury, MD Schedule / Job Type • Full-time, days shifts, 8 hours per shift Key Responsibilities • Assess and develop individualized treatment plans for patients requiring physical therapy services • Perform therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other modalities to improve patient outcomes • Monitor patient progress and modify treatments as needed to achieve recovery goals • Educate patients and their families on injury prevention and home exercise programs • Document patient assessments, treatments, and progress in accordance with clinic protocols Required Qualifications • Valid license or certification as a Physical Therapist in the state of Maryland • Knowledge of therapeutic techniques and modalities • Excellent clinical assessment and communication skills Preferred Experience / Skills • Previous experience in outpatient or rehabilitative settings • Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems Why Join Us • Opportunity to make a meaningful impact on patients' recovery journeys within a collaborative team environment
