Job Title Registered Nurse – Telemetry Location Olathe, KS Schedule / Job Type Contract | 13-Week Assignment | 36 Hours per Week | 12-Hour Night Shifts (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM) | Three Days per Week | Every Other Weekend Required Key Responsibilities • Provide direct patient care on a Telemetry/Cardiac unit in an acute care hospital setting • Monitor and manage patients requiring cardiac telemetry and continuous cardiac drip administration, including Heparin, Lasix, and Cardizem • Assist with TR Band management for patients arriving straight from procedure • Support the Tikosyn/Sotalol initiation process in accordance with unit protocols • Float to all acute care units as needed based on staffing requirements • Adhere to holiday scheduling requirements based on unit needs Required Qualifications • Active Kansas Registered Nurse (RN) license • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification • Minimum 1 year of recent Telemetry nursing experience • Demonstrated experience with TR Band management directly post-procedure • Experience administering cardiac drips (Heparin, Lasix, Cardizem, and similar agents) • Familiarity with the Tikosyn/Sotalol initiation process Preferred Experience / Skills • 2–5 years of Telemetry nursing experience • Proficiency with EPIC electronic medical records system Why Join Us • Opportunity to work in a structured cardiac telemetry environment with a well-established acute care facility • Comprehensive orientation program provided, including unit-specific and virtual EMR training
