Job Title Travel RN – Transplant Services Location Dallas, Texas Schedule / Job Type Contract | Travel | 13 Weeks | Full-Time | Onsite | Days | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM Key Responsibilities • Provide outpatient nursing care for pre-transplant, waitlist, and post solid organ transplant patients (liver, kidney, and pancreas) • Perform desk-based coordination and documentation using EMR systems including Meditech, TransChart, and PatientKeeper • Conduct clinic days including rooming and assessing patients as needed • Participate in WebEx meetings as required • Maintain a caring and compassionate demeanor while addressing complex patient psychosocial needs • Demonstrate flexibility across varied patient assignments within the transplant services setting Required Qualifications • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license • Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience • Current BLS certification • Proficiency with computer systems including Microsoft Office applications • Ability to work proficiently within EMR platforms (Meditech experience a plus) Preferred Experience / Skills • Two or more years of transplant nursing experience • Experience working with the United Network for Organ Sharing (UNOS) • Organ Procurement Organization (OPO) experience Why Join Us • Work in a specialized outpatient transplant services environment with a collaborative team of 60–70 staff members • Monday–Friday daytime schedule with no nights, weekends, or on-call requirements
