Job Title Registered Nurse – Telemetry (Travel) Location Denver, CO | Acute Care Schedule / Job Type Contract | Travel | Night Shift (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | 13-Week Assignment Key Responsibilities • Provide direct patient care on a 32-bed Telemetry/Med-Surg unit with patient ratios of 4–5:1 • Monitor and interpret telemetry data using a GE Telemetry system • Perform IV and Foley catheter insertions as part of routine unit procedures • Assist with chest tube removal in accordance with unit protocols • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including charge nurses, CNAs, and sitters across day and night shifts • Document patient care accurately using the Meditech EMR Required Qualifications • Active RN license valid in the state of Colorado (or compact eligibility) • Minimum 1 year of current hospital Telemetry experience • BLS certification required • ACLS certification required Preferred Experience / Skills • Experience caring for post-operative CABG patients • Prior experience with Meditech EMR • Outgoing, team-oriented personality with a willingness to take initiative Why Join Us • Work alongside an experienced and tenured nursing staff in a well-equipped acute care environment featuring current GE Telemetry technology • Join a collaborative unit culture that values initiative and teamwork, offering a strong support structure for travel clinicians
