Job Title Travel Registered Nurse – Orthopedic (Night Shift) Location Denver, Colorado Schedule / Job Type Contract | Travel | 13-Week Assignment | Night Shift (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | Onsite Key Responsibilities • Provide direct patient care on an Orthopedic/Medical unit with patient ratios of 4:1 (Spine) and 5:1 (Ortho) • Perform and manage central line care, blood transfusions, and foley/straight catheterization procedures • Operate and monitor telemetry equipment, epidurals, and PCAs in accordance with unit protocols • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including charge nurses and patient care technicians across an 18-bed unit • Document patient care accurately using Meditech EMR Required Qualifications • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license • Minimum of 1 year of current, acute care hospital Orthopedic experience • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification • Ability to work 12-hour night shifts in a fast-paced inpatient environment Preferred Experience / Skills • Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification • Experience in Orthopedic and/or Spine nursing • Medical/Surgical nursing background Why Join Us • Join a well-staffed, teamwork-oriented unit equipped with modern technology including Sara Steady lift systems and telemetry monitoring • 13-week travel contract with a projected start date in June 2026, offering a rewarding short-term opportunity in a dynamic Denver healthcare setting
