Job Title Travel RN – Medical/Surgical (Weekend Nights) Location Hendersonville, TN | Acute Care Schedule / Job Type Contract | 13 Weeks | Nights | Friday, Saturday & Sunday 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM | Onsite Key Responsibilities • Provide direct patient care on a Medical/Surgical unit during weekend night shifts • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for assigned patients • Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes • Accurately document patient assessments, interventions, and responses in the electronic health record • Adhere to facility policies, procedures, and patient safety standards throughout each shift Required Qualifications • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in Tennessee or a compact state • Minimum 2 years of Medical/Surgical nursing experience • Current BLS certification required • Ability to work 12-hour weekend night shifts (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday) Preferred Experience / Skills • Prior travel nursing experience • Familiarity with electronic health record systems in an acute care setting • Strong critical thinking and time management skills in a fast-paced environment Why Join Us • Opportunity to gain diverse clinical experience through a 13-week travel assignment in a Medical/Surgical setting • Consistent weekend night schedule offering predictability and work-life balance
