Job Title Physical Therapist Location Columbia, MD | Outpatient Schedule / Job Type Contract | Full-Time | Days | 5x8-hour shifts | Expected 40 hours/week Key Responsibilities • Provide direct physical therapy services to patients in an outpatient setting • Evaluate, assess, and develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs • Implement therapeutic interventions and monitor patient progress throughout the course of care • Complete required clinical documentation accurately and in a timely manner • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support patient outcomes Required Qualifications • Active Physical Therapist license required; compact license accepted at start but permanent state licensure must be obtained promptly • Prior experience in an outpatient physical therapy setting • Ability to complete facility-specific credentialing and documentation requirements prior to assignment start • Candidates who have worked permanently or PRN at this facility within the last year are not eligible for this assignment Preferred Experience / Skills • Experience as a travel physical therapist in an outpatient environment • Strong documentation and time management skills • Ability to adapt quickly to facility-specific workflows and systems Why Join Us • Parking and dress code information provided upon start, with equipment supplied through the facility • Opportunity to work in a structured outpatient environment with consistent daytime scheduling
