Job Title Physical Therapist Location Seattle, WA | Outpatient Schedule / Job Type Contract | Full-Time | Days | 5 x 8-hour shifts, 40 hours per week Key Responsibilities • Provide direct physical therapy services to patients in an outpatient setting • Complete required clinical documentation in accordance with facility and credentialing standards • Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans to support functional recovery • Collaborate with the care team to ensure continuity and quality of patient care Required Qualifications • Active Physical Therapist license required; Washington and Alaska Compact Licenses are accepted • Must meet facility credentialing requirements prior to assignment start • Candidates must not have worked at this facility in a permanent or PRN capacity within the past year • 13- to 26-week commitment required Preferred Experience / Skills • Prior experience in an outpatient physical therapy setting • Travel therapy experience preferred Why Join Us • Completion bonus available for new contractors committing through the end of the contract term • Equipment and parking provided; dress code details shared upon assignment start
