Job Title Registered Nurse (RN) – Cardiac Cath Lab / EP Location Marshfield, WI | Cardiac Cath Lab / EP Schedule / Job Type Contract | Days | 4x10-hour shifts per week (7:00 AM – 5:30 PM) with rotating day off; 5x8-hour shifts (7:00 AM – 3:30 PM) may be considered | Weeknight, weekend, and holiday call rotation required | 30-minute call response time Key Responsibilities • Verify orders and patient consent, perform head-to-toe assessments, and provide patient education prior to procedures • Set up procedure rooms and circulate cases across Cath Lab, EP, and IR suites (7 rooms total; 20+ cases per day across all rooms) • Administer moderate sedation and assist anesthesia providers as needed • Continuously monitor hemodynamics and maintain thorough documentation throughout procedures • Participate in STEMI call team rotation (1 RN and 3 Techs) with a 30-minute response time requirement • Coordinate with interdisciplinary team across EP, Cath Lab, and IR settings; ACLS and BLS certifications required Required Qualifications • Active RN licensure • Current ACLS certification required • Current BLS certification required • Minimum 2 years of Cath Lab experience • IABP (Intra-Aortic Balloon Pump) experience required • Candidates living within 80 miles of the facility are considered local and may be subject to a reduced rate Preferred Experience / Skills • Experience with EP procedures including ablations (A-Fib, A-Flutter, SVT, VT), EP studies with programmed stimulation, pacemaker and ICD placements, and loop recorder implants • Familiarity with Merge and/or Cerner EMR systems • Experience working within a STEMI response team environment • Comfort with call responsibilities including weeknight, weekend, and holiday rotations Why Join Us • Work in a high-volume, multi-suite procedural environment with exposure to a broad range of complex cardiac and interventional cases • Structured orientation program including training, shadowing, and a supported buddy call period before independent call assignment
