Job Title Travel RN – CVOR (Cardiovascular Operating Room) Location St. Petersburg, FL | Acute Care Schedule / Job Type Contract | Travel | Days | 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM | 12-Week Assignment | Projected Start: September 29, 2026 Key Responsibilities • Provide direct patient care in a cardiovascular operating room setting within a large acute care facility • Collaborate with surgical teams to support cardiovascular surgical procedures throughout the perioperative process • Adhere to facility scheduling policies, including rotation of weekend and holiday shifts with hospital staff • Maintain compliance with all facility protocols, dress code requirements, and clinical standards • Document patient care activities accurately and in accordance with facility and regulatory requirements Required Qualifications • Active RN licensure in the state of Florida or compact license eligibility • Minimum 1 year of CVOR experience required • Ability to work every other weekend and holidays in rotation with permanent staff • Must meet all facility credentialing and compliance requirements prior to start Preferred Experience / Skills • Prior travel nursing experience in a cardiovascular or surgical setting • Familiarity with large acute care hospital environments and high-volume surgical programs • Strong adaptability and ability to integrate quickly into established surgical teams Why Join Us • Opportunity to gain experience in a well-established acute care facility with a robust cardiovascular surgery program • Supportive travel assignment with clear scheduling expectations and a defined 12-week contract duration
