Job Title Registered Nurse – Operating Room Location Naperville, IL | Operating Room Schedule / Job Type Contract | 12-Hour Mid/Evening Shifts | 11:00 AM – 11:30 PM | No Weekend Requirements | No Call Required | Holidays as Needed Key Responsibilities • Provide skilled perioperative nursing care within an active operating room environment • Support and assist with orthopedic, general, and robotic-assisted surgical procedures • Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes throughout all phases of the surgical experience • Adhere to facility protocols, sterile technique standards, and regulatory compliance requirements • Participate in holiday coverage as needed Required Qualifications • Active Illinois Registered Nurse (RN) license • Current CPR certification required • Minimum 2 years of Operating Room experience • Experience with orthopedic, general, and robotic (da Vinci) surgical procedures Preferred Experience / Skills • Familiarity with a high-volume surgical environment • Strong ability to adapt across multiple surgical service lines • Experience with robotic-assisted surgery platforms, particularly da Vinci Why Join Us • Opportunity to work in a dynamic OR setting with exposure to a diverse range of surgical specialties • Biweekly pay with a consistent mid-shift schedule and no weekend or call requirements
